Our menus celebrate producers who focus on sustainable land management and the philosophy of consuming introduced wild animals and weeds.

We focus on organic, bio-dynamic, and regenerative food production and the inclusion of indigenous food.

All our food comes from our garden or is sourced, grown, and produced within Victoria.

At Bar Midland, we are known for our set menus. When booking, you can choose from The Full Midland Experience or a shorter, more concise menu we call A Taste of Victoria.

As always, we can offer our menus in pescetarian or vegetarian format upon request.

For those with more complex dietary requirements, we recommend dining on our Taste of Victoria menu. We will also work to cater for complex dietary requirements upon request and ask you to contact the restaurant directly before booking.

Please note that 100% FODMAP menus are not possible for us to achieve. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Reservations are open until the end of April, 2026. Please note, as of January, our menus are now $110 per person and $140 per person, respectively.
